Stereotype Audio is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Upon placing an order, you agree to be bound by this agreement as applicable to your purchase.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right, upon receipt of your purchase order to accept or decline your order for any reason without prior notice. This includes supplying less than the quantity you ordered and the right to verify any information you have provided before processing your order.

Product availability and prices for all products sold may be subject to change without prior notice. Any changes in product listings will not be retroactively applied to any outstanding or completed purchase orders. We reserve the right to limit quantities on any items.

Credit Cards

We currently only accept credit cards from Visa® and MasterCard®. Please be certain to provide the exact same billing information that your credit card issuer has on record for you. Any incorrect information provided during checkout may cause a delay in processing your order.

Money Orders and Checks

We accept money orders, cashier's checks and company checks in $CAD dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment, however we cannot guarantee product availability by the time payment is received or when funds clear. All checks & money orders MUST clear our bank prior to shipment. Please allow up to 2 weeks after we receive your check before shipping can occur on any check payment. We reserve the right to charge a fee on all returned checks.

Taxes

Canadian Customers are responsible for any applicable Canadian taxes. Products delivered to the province of Ontario will be charged for 8% Provincial Sales Tax (PST), including 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST). The provinces of Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick will be charged for 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). A 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged for all other Canadian Provinces and Territories.

Title, Risk of Loss

Stereotype Audio is free of responsibility once the merchandise ordered leaves our facility. The title to products passes to the customer upon shipment. In the case of stolen, loss or damage packages during shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to file any insurance claims.

Product Use

All products advertised on the Stereotype Audio web site is made to be used in North America domestically, unless stated otherwise. Stereotype Audio only sells brand new, authentic products sourced directly from the original manufacturers or authorized Canadian distributors. Stereotype Audio will not be liable for any loss or damages of any kind arising from the direct or indirect usage of products sold from this web site.

Warranty

All merchandise sold includes the manufacturer's Canadian warranty guarantee. This warranty is not transferable and the guarantee is valid only within Canada.

Return Policy

Stereotype Audio provides a "21 day Satisfaction Guaranty Return Policy" from the date of shipment. "as-new" condition with all its original packaging, accessories and product literature. A bare minimum 15% restocking fee and $5 processing fee will be assessed for all returned items missing any accessories or materials.

NOTE: Earphone sleeves/tips are NOT returnable if the blister pack is opened due to hygiene/health concerns.

These terms and conditions may be subject to change without prior written notice at any given time, in our sole discretion. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, Stereotype Audio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. This includes, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. A refund will then be issued to your account or credit card in the amount of the incorrect price.
